The Post-Standard Syracuse of the Bentley Settle building at 120 Walton St developed by Jeffrey Appel and Spiro Spiliotis opening up the 30 Bentley Settle apartments and 8 Piper-Phillips lofts that became rentals and Airbnbs.
Jeffrey Appel and Spiro Spiliotis go out of their way on Bentley Settle apartments. Plans about the Whiskey Coop in Syracuse at 120 Walton St. Adding that the Benltey Settle building should be known as a building for the arts with Art Haus art gallery in the building.
